Some of them have GUI's you just have to compile the java files. I don't know offhand how to do this, so look it up.

i took a look but i don't think it can prevent capcha and proxy rotating..

I assume it should send a pre-written message(s), then change the chat partner after a customized delay.

OT: Look up Yui's Omegle Spreader from HF. I used it in late 2015's and it worked just fine. But advertising on Omegle is kinda pointless as the traffic quality is extremely low.
