It means network access, but no internet access.
Try clicking Troubleshoot problems, or assigning a network profile other than Public. If that doesn't help then you may have to find and manually enter IP settings, as the DNS they are using maybe static.

Just unplug all the cables and replug them in. Make sure none of them are loose or falling out. I have the same problem all the time with my modem/router.

I will try that. Triangle yellow mark ! what does it means? how should i repair it? i have no access on internet coz of it.

Like I said in my previous post, you appear to be on Windows 7 at least as the yellow "!" represents network access but no internet access.
So there can be three scenarios:-
a) IP settings of the router have been changed, and you need to enter those in order to access internet.
b) Something is wrong with the wifi on your end, unless you are accessing right now with Wifi then just ignore this.
c) The router no longer has internet access, probably the bill has not been paid, etc.
