Try slmgr /dlv

See how many rearms you have. If you have some, enter in slmgr /rearm so you can use the features for a limited time. If I remember, Enterprise edition has 1000 rearms. Pro may have only 3.

It says 1001 rearm count
Under SKU rearm count also 1001.

The watermark is gone but it still isn't activated, can't use customization features and it says it isn't in My Computer properties.

Moreover, rearm Is only a temporary fix.

As per my earlier post, a permanent activation Is the way to go.
