Are language packs still a separate entity like it has always been the case with Windows? Or is it multilanguage by any chance?

I've just fired up my Windows 11 OS, and here's a visual of what to expect with the language settings:

Many believe the leak was intentional. If so, I find it distinctly underwhelming. I will be interested to hear what they have to say on the 24th.

What do you think? Intentional or not intentional?

Leaking it and then issuing a takedown would seem a bit silly, but it's always possible.

It's pretty difficult for someone to unintentionally go through the process of adding a link on a given site.
