I don't think how many times you've dated really matters, I think all the things you've done with those people matters. But yes, I would tell them.

Yes, I do. In fact, my wife asked me how many times I have dated in the first place. I think telling her the truth is better than if I lie to her because I do love her, so I don't mind telling her that. Plus, she also told me how many time she had dated too.
