So the description of the award is "This award is for becoming a staff member." This isn't for being a staff member now, its for becoming one at one point. I feel like members like BreShie who put in lots of effort deserve the award instead of having it removed when they stop being staff.

It's really just a sub-movement of FFHE if you think about it. Oppressing staff members can cause them to go homosexual. Now this isn't always the case as we now Instinct fought the oppression and joined FFHE
