I haven't been able to access my minecraft server. I get this error:

java.io.IOException: Bad packet id 64

I don't know why. Can someone help me.

I run a server, and had this problem. You will have this issue if you install certain plugins. Find out what plugin you installed last and uninstall it. If you can't figure out witch one it is then you need to either run the backup or delete all the folders in your server dir and let them re populate.
