Just great.
Number fifteen is just story of my life when trying to help my mother. Number 8 also applies a lot.

I don't mind people being illiterate about anything, but when they get arrogant and argue with an expert about it, then I start getting pissed. It's like I don't care if someone is dumb, they can't help it, but when they attempt to use logic or argue with me, that's when I put them in their place. It doesn't just have to do with computers either, it applies to pretty much every trade.

Nice post I actually had something #8 this happen to me once, I lent a friend a thumb drive to transfer some files (which I formatted beforehand to get rid of some old files of mine) a few days later he calls me to inform me that his keyboard had stopped working and I must have infected him with a virus.

Most of them seem quite familiar. Also something that happens to me a lot is that my dad says "My computer is getting slower because of everything you download." The funny thing is I only touch the computer when my dad did something wrong and I have to fix it.
Or they ask you for help and when you are helping them they are saying that you are doing it wrong like, Why did you ask me to help anyway then.
