Well right now. Recruit an entirely new team since almost everyone on it is inactive.

Managing who stays on the team, collecting group fees, deciding who can get in the group. Etc etc.

Its not difficult, I just really have no time.

Collecting group fees and deciding can be partially done automatically, can't it?

I thought that it's more about leading what's actually being developed and basically coordinating the development of stuff.
