I have to say, mine by far is Goku.

Mine's probably a tie between Dexter and Powerpuff Girls, though. And Courage the Cowardly Dog - somewhat creepily funny.
If we're talking of Anime, then it's Goku.

Mine would have to be the Power Puff Girls, I actually really liked the power puff girls.
I forget all of them but Bubbles, but the green one was my favorite.

Buttercup! Mine too! ; P Love Buttercup, Bubbles, Blossom in that order.
Used to really love the series and watch it regularly.

I'm stuck in choosing between Totally Spies trio, Powerpuff Girls and Kim Impossible.

That's totally my kinda toons! And love Kimpossible too, thanks for reminding that one.
Not to forget Daria, obviously - not girl power literally, but still awesome.

Favorite cartoon character? I was never too fond of cartoons, to be honest, but yeah, the Totally Spies were really fun to watch back in the old days.
