You should learn to program in PHP. It will benefit you more, and not everyone has the time to create everything for you.

Please ask the question in more clear manner, it's really difficult to understand what do you actually want.

If you want to simply make such layout (which is HTML/CSS thing, I have no idea what would PHP have to do with that, unless you want the layout to be configurable and generated by PHP), I recommend using CSS for that, rather than using table layouts.

It's quite simple in CSS you need to create containers and nest them appropriately.

First, make the overall container and then divide it to three columns - three subcontainers, which will be next to each other.

Then you can fill each column with vertically arranged containers, each one containing some actual content.
