I would also add the below to the list:
- IT companies: They are going to be inundated with work as companies attempt to get employees able to work from home. There is a large capability for particular businesses to work virtually.
- Some manufacturers may also do well, specifically those who mold plastics and can create parts for medical equipment. By extension, companies who create face masks and other PPE.
- Social media advertising and online streaming platforms such as twitch, where people are spending more time online from their homes.
- Deliveroo, uber eats and other food delivery services.
If you spend the time to think about it, there's a lot more than just supermarkets (including related suppliers) and amazon who can benefit. There's always opportunity in a crisis.
