Generally, in a Community such as this, asking the location of any given individual would be looked upon with disdain or even suspicion when asked from a User who the Community isn't familiar with.
Regardless of the intent.
Obtain some time and posts within the Community (this does not infer spamming) for other Members to get to know you before they'll be willing to answer that question on a more serious note.
