There's a lot of stigma about getting "work done" or doing anything that isn't 100% natural. In my opinion, personal happiness is more important than someone else's opinion. If a hair transplant will help you feel more like yourself, do it! As long as you're making a healthy decision for yourself, I see no issues. Glad t hear you're excited & good luck!
Thanks, yeah there is especially stigma around men doing so, like it isn't masculine to be self-conscious about your appearance etc. I would like to see that change.
Unless that "self-consciousness" is over the tone of one's muscles or their height. And yet, there's entire industries (modelling, acting etc) centered around men's appearances. Newscasters wear light makeup even.
It's a peculiar hill for people to die on, and it has no roots in history either (where men's appearance, grooming and makeup were a standard of aristocracy). it's an entirely modern mindset that's developed, so I can see no reason why it couldn't be changed.

I think we all share that feeling to some extent or another right?
I do think it's also important to consider "why" we feel that way, and what the best course of action is for ourselves.
For example, I used to wish I had nicer eyebrows, but I worked out that I only felt that way because the people around me had nicer eyebrows and I was comparing myself to them constantly. I felt similarly about all parts of my physical self, especially over the things I couldn't control. I'd developed an unhealthy mindset, and no physical alterations were going to fix that for me as I would have fixed one thing, only to fixate on another. I decided against any permanent moves and focused on the root cause of that dissatisfaction: Insecurity because I sought validation from other people rather than myself. Cliche and cringe right?
Years on, I've learned to change that mindset. I do now wear makeup, but not to hide my bad features. I wear it because I like messing with eyeshadow colours. For me, that was the healthiest decision I made. For someone else, that might not be right.

Like a "monkey mouth" and it's all I can think about almost 24/7 bc I'm so self conscious. I hate my widows peak. My nose. My teeth. My smile is horrible and makes me look disgusting. I have the worst side profile I've ever seen. I give myself a 0/10 in complete honesty. Gonna work on my weight but I feel disgusting even at my lowest weight
Damn, I'm sorry to hear you're having such a rough time. Is there anything in particular you're comparing yourself to? It seems like quite an extensive list of things to dislike about yourself physically.
