I have recently hit $5,000 in my Paypal and I owe $454 to people, so I have around $4,000.... What should I buy?

That's what I'm gonna do at the end, because PP called me and said if I don't stop sending a gift, then my PP will be limited lul. So I'm gonna send that money later.
