My *nix setup is that I run it on a MIPS device and store nothing of value on it. Good luck with any canned exploits, and lol@you for wasting your time when you do get in.
As for servers, yes there is HIPS and NIPS installed but I won't mention them by name. Also latest grsecurity kernel

If anyone here REALLY wants to be secure, I suggest you read into Qubes-OS, a very powerful and secure Linux-based OS, it's security is based on Virtualization, almost all windows are run under mini-VM's, you can also run an entire OS using HVM's, it pretty much has multiple kernels, however it is a pain in the ass to get used to it.
Your setup seems more geared towards postmortem analysis than prevention... cool anyway.
