I've always liked shonen.
but now I'd still say retro anime (well, or old-school like great teacher onizuka).

~70% of my favorite shows are action. Fantasy, Sci-Fi, and Comedy are close seconds.

I love shows that are based around Fantasy or Sci-Fi for some good old escapism, but I also enjoy psychological thrillers.

Ultimately I'll watch shows of most genres, though.

Seems like there's a lot of psychological/horror/thriller fans!
