Canada, Poutine. It's literally so tasty with gravy & cheese curds that don't bring an overly strong cheese taste/texture, but melted perfection while you enjoy that with crispy fries. Also I'm going to get blasted by the food purists, but adding Montreal smoked meat or basic makes the experience so much better. It's like the American Cheeseburger except it's less obviously going to give you a heart attack (health-wise not taste-wise).
