Paramedic, but making some life changes and hope to give up healthcare soon and work a normal 9am-5pm job, or remotely would be the best.

However, a deli has different meaning in Europe and the US/Canada. In Europe, it generally means a place that sells high-quality goods. In US/Canada, A deli usually sells sliced meats and cheeses.
