For me it is by far Adobe Dreamweaver. I like it for its sleek look and ease of access.

I use to use Adobe Fireworks but since no more updates I am switching towards Dreamweaver.

I don't really have a favorite, but from what I've seen it might go towards Dreamweaver.

I don't use any professionally made tools. Every normal html template I make, is made with Notepad++. I do have Dreamviewer which I don't use.

I use photoshop/paint to design & dreamweaver/context to code.
