My word against his? And it was my word after I had just pounded on him. Doesn't make my word too... trustworthy? lol Only reason I didn't get expelled was because it was the first time I had been in trouble (at that school) and the principle seemed willing to believe it was not an unprovoked attack despite not really having any evidence either way other than him with a bloody face lol.

I can't see a pummeling, but I know people who'll gut punch you for the fun of it (including their friends, which is why I distance myself from those types)

True. You could argue I used excessive force as well though. a single jab in the ribs compared to the beating i have him? lol. but as far as I remember never had a problem with him again. don't think he ever said another word to me. when i came back i had a reputation throughout the whole school. Don't think anyone there had ever seen or heard of anything like it. it was generally a positive reaction from the populace though. maybe everyone else hated him too.

the next issue I had at that school was someone created an email account with my name... and started sending their peers nasty/dirty/inappropriate emails. except I wasn't that social. i didn't know any of their personal emails. someone was trying to frame me. not sure i ever figured out who. had a few people approach me angrily about shit I apparently said. but no one actually reported the emails to staff, and no one wanted to actually fight me, so meh Got sick of the bullshit though and switched at the end of the school year.
