I agree with that, it makes perfect sense (whats in bold). And so does the rest, but you should still offer where to find the knowledge for them to do it themselves along with offering them the possibility of buying the service too.. heck you might even make more that way, if you point them in the right direction they'll soon find out if they have the time and necessary skills to pull of a dox with information actually worth writing down, if they don't they'll buy your service, if they do.. hoorah we've taught someone something.
