What host should I buy

I have $80 to invest in a dedicated host, I need something to hold the max number possible of VM's in vmware 1GB per VM +-, I want it to hold at least 15 vm's, if possible ssd, and a good cpu.
I need it to be instant setup or really fast and able to have ubuntu desktop for vmware instalation ^^
