Depends. I usually just play whatever I feel like, ex: one month I may be playing garry's mod or Rust, and another month I could be playing Infestation or BF3. Really just whatever Im in the mood for. I still haven't finished half of the games in my steam list, so I should probably start doing that sometime soon, but with all the steam sales that have been lately I have barely had any time to play.
