Basically, how this works is that I make a list of users that I notice around the forum and what I think of them. Then at the end of the thread, I tag another user to do the same in a new thread and the cycle repeats. Users comment below what they think of me.

I did the first 15 people that asked. Some of you I don't know that well, so sorry if you don't like what I wrote.

Lux: You're a pretty neat guy. Caring, funny, and also very creative. I wouldn't be surprised if you own a design company one day.

BreShiE: You're innappropriate, obnoxious, and extremely vulgar. You do, however, have a soft side. Stay the way you are, slag.

Jiggly: There aren't words in existence to describe how madly in love I am with you. You're an amazing person and you make my life a lot more meaningful.

Sparks: Nice to see the sudden spark of activity from you. You seem like an awesome guy and I hope to see more of you.

Atmosphere: You aren't really a cat, sadly. Maybe I'll share my cat secrets with you one day.

Pens: You're relatively smart, but also a major pain in the ass sometimes. Like BreShiE, you're incredibly obnoxious, but not always in a cute way. I still like you, though.

Anizeb: I don't know you too well personally, although from what I gather, you seem like a relatively knowledgeable person. Share that knowledge.

Adorapuff: You've been here quite a while and haven't left (like some). You're very loyal and I have seen you progress a lot as of lately. Glad you're here.

OversouL: Very friendly and large contributor to the forum. You've been here for a couple of merges, if I'm not mistaken.

mig4ng: You make me think of ghost-type Pokemon. Really. I instantly associate your name with Haunter.

Jolly: You seem to be, from what I gather, a pretty cool guy. It'd be neat if we saw you around more often.

Kirika Yūmura: You're one of my favorite people, despite the lack of activity. Extremely talented and funny. You've helped a lot of people learn, regardless of if you realize it.

chF: You're a very helpful, yet devious, person. You've helped me a couple of times and can be occasionally funny. All I know, is that I'm glad I'm on your good side.

Customer: You're one of the nicest members on Sinisterly. A hardcore otaku and an all-around great guy (despite the fact you're into loli).

Care: You're a lot like Customer. So much so, I almost get you confused with him. You've contributed a lot to the anime section and are an awesome person.
