I normally take my phone, money if I need it and keys to get back in to the house. Sometimes I might take my portable battery pack if I'm leaving the house for a while and I know I'll be using my phone frequently.

Phone ,wallet , headphones sometimes keys if i know no one will be in.

Phone, Wallet, Keys, Charger + Portable Battery Pack, Headphones, Screen Cleaning Cloth (I don't like fingerprints on my new phone), Car Key.

Usually take my phone and keys. Sometimes wallet, depends what I'm doing.
