I would say good health, mental peace, is a must for happiness. Material wealth can never guarentee you happiness. Though I sometimes wonder can you be happy without money? In this age when people don't even respect if you are poor and everything is measured on the basis of wealth you have, I think a moderate dose of money with good health and mental peace as mentioned should be enough to make you stay happy.
