I sleep a lot, I don't know why but since I was a kid I always needed a lot of sleep, might check my quality of sleep and get a CPAP machine or something cause that's the only explanation since I have problems with breathing.
Anyway, besides sleeping, I watch a lot of psychology videos on YouTube, I find that on YouTube you can get the best information about psychology, also the most useful ones, instead of reading books, there are many good psychologists on YT that talk about dark triad and things like that (if you want some good names you can dm me no problem)
