I work at a bike shop. I repair high end full suspension mountain bikes. Pretty fun to work on $6,000+ bikes.

Lol its pretty shit. 12$/h. But I've got really fun coworkers. It's a great experience. Right at 6 pm everyone cracks beers and someone grabs the weed jar.

I would love to see your reaction if you ever happened to get busted.

I'm temporarily working full time for a Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Specialist company. We service/repair and install units for big commercial businesses. With the recent hotter weather in the UK these units go to shit and now we've got 1000s of job requests by the day. I don't get paid much but still better than minimum wage for my age. Means I can afford to pay for my visa fees etc for my Masters in the US in August.

Uhh I guess some of them are. It's more the massive units based in the cellars. Walk ins, cellar cooling. The kind of stuff that usually costs thousands and thousands to install. We do other smaller equipment in commercial kitchens too. We've also done A/C for server rooms I guess. Mixture.

How're you coping with your hands smelling like rubber, latex, and lube at the end of the day?

I use Prosoap. Best damn soap I've ever used. Rubs off all smelly/sticky shit I deal with everyday.

I work as IT support, pay is enough for fuel and a few slices of bread on the table.
