Child support is a responsibility no matter what, if the mother or the father leaves one of them needs to pay up.

I would just want to ensure the money is being used for the kid and not for the mother or father which sadly that is what happens most of the time these days.

Pertaining to the mother or father leaving and paying, It's not structured and formulated correctly. For example, the child support agency doesn't take Into account all the years the father has worked for the kids, whilst the mother didn't contribute a single dime towards the children and their needs. As the agency sees It, once the father leaves, It's time to pay- Irrespective of previous contributions.

On a serious note, as a parent, what would you do If suddenly your child told you he/she was gay and Is In a relationship with someone of the same sex? Approve? Disown?
Personally, I would not be In support of It, but by the same token, I wouldn't disown my child because their sexuality has defined who they really are as a person.

Your child stays your child. Whatever happens, it is important to not disown your child. Just look at the things they do good. If everything what they do is good, I wouldn't be mad, I would rather just talk about it, asking why, if he/she is sure and like that.

Whatever your kid becomes or want to be, always support it. Otherwise you would regret it later. I had some difficulties with my parents (not because of this reason) but it was really bad. In the end, only talking helped.
