I've always found those annoying whenever I'm reading content. Maybe I'll add one, but I don't think it will make people want to join.

Actually we do need this. You guys are right sometimes it does annoy people and they do not join the forum, but other times when they find something interesting and can't read it, they are forced to signup. Then they come to the point that they want to stay because the forum is awesomeness xD

In my opinion it's a great thing, I think most of the people who doesn't like this thinks they can't exit the dialog but you can actually close it.
Just a small dialog.
