Well thanks :-), but I also have to do a little *sigh*, because the question you asked (whether I drew them) is actually answered in the first post.

However...

The characters are not completely drawn by me (I usually drew the missing parts (except for three of them) to get a full body pose and traced existing parts to get a high resolution version), however the rest of graphics is completely my creation.

In short, they're drawn by author of the Housepets webcomic, I drew the missing parts (usually lower part of the body) to get full body character. The rest of graphic of the wallpaper is mine.
