make sure your equipment doesn't fail. cuz i used the reaver a couple times with a crappy w,card and got a couple fails and took forever like one of the guys said up top. just stay up to date, update your software and hardware. and don't be too confident haha

Reaver only works on networks with wps enabled otherwise aircrack suite is the only way if you don't have a big wordlist or the pass isn't in there you can feed words into it using jtr and go for a brute force but you would probably be better off trying to exploit the router
