I dont see much here but discriptions of some common and basic ways to attack a server. You could have went more in detail with the this and it would have been way better, and gave better examples. Also maybe listed some more advanced methods such as:

[*] CST (Cross Site Tracing)
[*] XSHM (Cross Site History Manipulation)
[*] CFS (Cross Frame Scripting)
