first off hi guys....new in this forum but been browsing around...good content

just wanna ask u guys here, is it possible to build my own fuzzing tool from scratch?
well i wanted to build 1 but b4 i start wanna ask for ideas from u guys in here...any ideas are welcome..

can the tool be use to target all type of website like html , asp , php or does it have to be specific?
