Hello dear fellow programmers,
Since coding sections are little empty, what do you all think about making contest between US (Active coders of this forums) ?
I think its pretty good idea. We choose some simple math task or any other and languages that are available to code in. Suggestions? Ideas?

I know only .net and Python ! But we could sort that out between different coding languages Just first to see how much members will vote for it and would like to apply

Personally, I don't think there'd be an efficient way to host a coding contest. I mean, anyone can Google and leech code. I'm not implying anyone will, but it is a possibility, and unless you looked through his/her source code, you wouldn't know. That'd result in numerous people speculating about other's entries, and accusing users as well.

It'd be cool to increase activity in this section. I know Python and C++, and currently working on strengthening my knowledge with PHP and Javascript/jQuery.

There is efficient way to host it, don't worry about it. They can't google everything. Even if they google it there will be questions about their code and they should know to explain everything if they codded it. Don't worry about it, lets first get members

Sapientia not that much members interested into it, and there is no moderator who will take care for sticky and such
