Get a dedicated/static IP.
NordVPN Is one provider that has the service.

Surfshark is also a very good VPN provider. Also has a static IP and MultiHop

For two years I’ve been ising Nord VPN
It’s paid but really do the work perfectly

I use Mullvad on all of my devices. It's one of the last truly anonymous VPNs.
Mullvad allows you to pay with Bitcoin, and for the truly paranoid, they offer Monero payments as well. They also have very easy to understanding pricing at just $5 across all of their plans.
And since Mullvad uses account numbers, they don't even ask for an email.
