I have Kali on an rdp updated and all, but I've followed installation instructions and am at a wall.

It's the last steps of setup and issue apparently it's being run as admin and can't be. That's what it tells me. Also something about needing python3.5 on auto update.

Yes I did. It's on an rdp so whoever helps can see it themselves.
