I also agree with Primitive. Although I'm not too keen on the way in which he said it.
Not all members, especially the new ones, will have discord.

As a member of the staff here, I personally would love a section for support. It would make our jobs a lot easier and in theory, should be easier for our members to make known their issues too.

I don't know how Oni would choose to implement it though. Whether it does go in with suggestions or has a separate tab... Might have a chat and see what he was thinking.
