DLL Injection has been around for a number of years, so In that respect, It's nothing new. However, when It re-Injects Itself Into a legit process on every reboot, Is very clever.

This actually isnt too bad danger wise.

Like it seems bad but it is only a threat if you get tricked into it. If a dank haxor wanted to do somthing and he got his target to the point where he could pull this on the target he could do worse with other things.

It seems like a threat but it really isnt unless your knowledge not up to par in the world of scams.

quite disappointed at the lack of preparedness from high quality at's such as eset, but this attack has lots of power and most likely even i will utilize it

Another proof you should use Linux instead of Windows. I highly doubt this will be the only 0-day that will be found in versions. I like the fact that it's from Windows XP-Windows 10 and they never even found out about it themselves. They should really test their OS' more before releasing them.
