Undecided Number of notifications in <title>

How so?

Sometime it happened that if someone is reply to my post but i did get a notification , this i notice many time and until i go back and check my post and see there is any more comments or not.

There can be anomalies if someone edits a post you are tagged in, or if you are tagged inside a quote. Maybe that's what you're referring to?
