Ubuntu 15.10 cursor jump issue

Turned out my wacom tablet was on LOL!
and since it's relative position it stayed in one spot.

have you tried changing USB ports?
Have you double checked your drivers / kernel are compatible?

it randomly started happening, no updates to anything etc.
