Agree, that's what my point Is with my previous posts.
You can only request and refund/replace Items on a given account x amount of times before suspicion Is raised. And the nature of the Items specified on the site, would've required a lot of refunds/replacements per account. Due to their lack of monitoring and failure to follow company protocol, Amazon only have themselves to blame.
