This Isn't Twitch's fault so much as the broken and archaic DMCA system, as well as record companies that abuse the system because they know you wont fight back. I have however, thought of a few ways around the problem of Twitch and DMCAs. One is to setup your own internet radio, or use music that the content id system doesn't flag.

I agree. There are means of getting around it legitimately.
