Tutorial Uploading files on a device

Does this begin with uploading files remotely?

P.S. I cant touch the target device at all everything has to be done from the attacking device! I have some stuff to offer in exchange for this knowledge!

Do you know how I can get a reverse shell
On a target device on the same network without
Having to install any software on the target device
That way I can upload and run software that will
Get me complete remote access yk? Or a consistent backdoor?

I want to be able to get remote access without having to upload anything on the device I want to be able to just scan check for open ports and be able to connect somehow to get a reverse shell I know its possible I just need to know what tool or tools to use.
