When you could share it for free with your underground internet anon friends?   Cool

In an effort to offset years of self-destructive habits, I spent most of this year trying to optimize my health.
There is insanely contradictory data, opinions & school of thoughts around this topic, especially around nutrition.

I am far from his level, but I was inspired by Bryan Johnson.

You may disagree with his strategy, call it extreme, selfish, out of touch...

Yet there is still highly valuable knowledge to be extracted.

Let him fund his multi-million $ health experiment while we learn for free.
His doctors are milking him hard. I digged through it all, experimented, cross-checked, ditched the garbage stuff...

Here's my current routine:
Quote:UPON WAKING
----------------

+ Aged garlic extract 600mg (Kyolic® Aged Garlic Extract™)
+ Ashwagandha 600mg
+ Lycopene 15mg
+ Taurine 2 x 1g
+ Zinc 15mg


W/ LUNCH
----------------

+ Astaxanthin 8mg
+ Hyaluronic acid 200mg
+ Vitamin D-3 2000 IU (+ MK-7 100mg)
+ Moringa 10:1 Extract  600mg (6g equivalent)
+ Sulforaphane 30mg (Prostaphane® / BROQ™)

+ Variety of spices / herbs (Basil, Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Black Pepper, Ceylon Cinnamon, Coriander...)
+ Fish (Mackerel, Sardine, Salmon; c.f. omega-3 content / mercury exposure)
+ Mustard (synergy between Sulfurophane / Mustard / Moringa)
+ Raw Cacao Paste (no added sugar, no torrefaction)
+ Green Tea


BEFORE BED
----------------
+ Ashwagandha 600mg
+ Magnesium bisglycinate 240mg (TRAACSâ„¢)

There is also very promising stuff like Rapamycin, Metformin... highly experimental, not part of my routine (yet).

DON'T FORGET THE BASICS : GOOD SLEEP + SUNLIGHT IN THE MORNING + EXERCISE

I am personally addicted to cardio, but it's not that good for your health, don’t fall for the psyop.
MUSCLE-STRENGTHENING IS THE SMARTEST CHOICE OVERALL (protect body joints, offset age-induced muscle loss, stronger metabolism).
