Hello, in this post I'll be adding the files of my little project

The main objective is monitorize, $$, so in fact here is what it does:

1-The user wants to acces index.php where we do have our content.
2-The user gets redirected to must_watch.php (a page with ads or any content)
3-After the given time has passed, the user gets redirected again to index.php

Pros:
- It cannot be skipped by typing index.php in the URL, in fact it's because a code is generated and saved into the session, and only if the session is the same as the code given in the URL the user can see the content

HOW TO USE:

Extract the content

Edit the must_watch.php and change the time value (follow instructions inside)

Add the HTML page replacing the demo HTML and whaalaaa!

You've created nothing new. On the other hand, anyone with the slightest knowledge of PHP could've done this.

At least create something that hasn't been reinvented 100s of times.

Nobody saied that, that was made for self pruposes, but somebody may find it useful, that's why i am sharing it, as you're not interested I don't see why do you comment dumb things, it's ovious it's created alredy, I've made my version and shared it, as simple as 1 2 3

You made it and shared it for free, well done.
Didn't looked into the source but did you use sessions and/cookies?
Give us some more specific information.
We want to know what it does and how it works by reading the thread.

And yeah, it uses sessions, not cookies, if you take a look at the source, it uses the $_GET and $_SESSION to verify the random code generated
