First talk to Santa in Falador castle.

Then teleport to Varrok and run north. (Towards Castle)
Then climb the first set of stairs directly when you enter the castle. After going up climb the ladder to the right. Then talk to Satan (Anti-Santa).

Search the crates after he tells you to and take 4 presents off the table. Then go back to Varrok square.

Talk to this sexy beast (Gnome Child) Tell him he is a worthless piece of garbage and give him the anti-present then right click him and collect his orphan tears. Repeat this to all the children pictured below.


This girl is in the shop right next to the gnome child.


The last two children are to the east of the Varrok pub (southeast of the gnome child)

The other child is the the other room.

Once you have a full vial of tears return to Satan (Anti-Santa). Talk to him and then us the vial on the machine. Talk to him again and receive your black Satan hat. Then go back to Falador to talk to Santa. After you talk to him take four presents from the table and give them to the same children you gave the Anti-Presents to. Then return to Santa and get the sweet rewards.
