In this Tutorial, I will teach you how to make a Glossy text that looks like this.

Step 1
Spoiler:
In Photoshop on the top left press File > New
Set Dimensions to whatever you please, in this tutorial I will be using the dimensions 650x200 Sinisterly's Signature size.

Step 2
Spoiler:
Select the Text tool from the toolbar.
Write whatever you want now, this can be in any size/font. For the tutorial I will be using Bebas Neue Size 175.

Step 3
Spoiler:
Over on the toolbar [Left Side] at the bottom, select the 2 boxes and make there colors almost the same, but have one a little lighter than the other. You may use whatever colors you want for this, but I will be using blue for the tutorial.

Step 4

Double click your layer on the right side of Photoshop.
Select Bevel And Emboss, now put in these settings.

Select Stroke, now put in these settings.

Select Inner Shadow, now put in these setting.

Select Outer Glow, now put in these settings.

Select Gradient Overlay, now put in these settings. To get the blue bar like I have, select the down arrow next to in then click the first box, that should be the colors you have set from Step 3.

Select Outer Glow, now put in these settings.
