[Tutorial] How to resize a .GIF #1

Spoiler: Photoshop Tutorial

Step 1: First, take the .gif you want to resize and open it in Photoshop.

Step 2: Once it's open, Layer 1 will already be selected.
Now hold shift and press the layer all the way on top and it will select every layer.
It should now look like this:

Step 3: Go to Image then Image Size

Step 4: Type the width and height you want

Step 5: Go to File then Save for Web

Step 6: Save as GIF 128 Dithered

And you're done!

Spoiler: Online Tutorial

Step 1: Go to http://www.online-image-editor.com/

Step 2: Upload it from either a URL or choose it from your desktop. Make sure you press "Upload" after you've chosen your image.

Step 3: Press Resize and adjust it to the width and height you want.

Step 4: Press Apply.

Step 5: Press Save then Save Image Local. It will now appear in your downloads.
